Nissan has recently launched it’s much awaited car Datsun redi- GO. In Indian market there is a great demand for compact cars like this. It has its rivals like Maruti Suzuki Alto 800, Renault Kwid and Eon in the market. I think it is going to give a tough competition. Rest we will see. Out of all the features in the new car three of them which caught my attention are the lighting system, mobile docking system and its classy design.
1.) An excellent lighting system
It has an incredible lighting system which includes fog lamp, follow me home head lamps and day time led lights. Large hexagonal reflectors provide dimension wise greater visibility. The area (SriGanganagar-Hanumangarh) I live in pose a great problem of fog during winters. The heavy fog causes glare and confusion to the eyes of driver. This is risky as well as the cause of accidents due to inability of driver to see the road adequately. Thanks to the excellent feature of fog lamp, it would ease out the difficulties of driving in fog and other similar climatic conditions.
In addition the follow me home head lamps is a cool feature which has automatic light system which stays lightened even after the engine is shut off so that you can walk out to your destination in dark safely. You have to set the time by pressing a button which increases the lightning time by 30 seconds by each hit. That is indeed something.
2.) The introduction of mobile docking system.
In addition to USB, AUX connecting options this car offers us mobile docking system. These days carrying big smart phones always pose a difficulty at one time or another. With the help of this feature it is easy to handle one’s phone while driving. Just fix it on the system and voila! you are free to drive without the fuss of handling it.
3.) Stylish yet robust design gear.
This car serves us with a compact yet stylish design to carry down the road. It has an elegant bonnet and front cuts. In this price range this is the best one can get in terms of design, mileage (acclaimed to be 25.17kmpl), nice efficiency. Grey colour gives a lavish touch to the interiors. Internal spacing for back passengers is quite good. In short it is a complete package in this range.

India is a land of diversity. It offers diversity in its culture as well as geography. There are just so many places to go; each one with its different topographical characteristic. Out of all the places in India the place I would like the best for test driving is Leh and Ladakh. The reason behind it being the paths which are covered with rocks and concrete which would test the suspension and the road grip of car. Also the passage of car through small streams would give us an idea of bouncing and body power. It will help me to better test the stability and sturdiness of car. Also it would clear out how durable the car is under such operations.
